Terms and Conditions for Chauffeur-Driven Cars

Tolls, Taxes, and Parking Fees
The customer shall bear all toll charges, parking fees, and applicable taxes incurred during the rental period. Neither 4KZ Gallivant Pvt Ltd nor the chauffeur is obligated to cover such expenses. -
Rental Period and Calculation
The rental period commences when the vehicle departs from the garage and concludes upon its return. Both the distance traveled and the time elapsed during this period will be considered for calculating the rental charges. -
Liability for Damages
The customer is responsible for compensating 4KZ Gallivant Pvt Ltd for any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger during the rental period. Compensation will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately at the time of return. Additional charges may apply for downtime due to the unavailability of the vehicle caused by the damage. -
Destination Modifications
Rental charges are based on the destination provided at the time of booking. Any subsequent changes to the destination must be communicated to 4KZ Gallivant Pvt Ltd in advance. Such changes may result in a revised rental fee and is subject to availability. -
Chauffeur Conduct and Safety
4KZ Gallivant Pvt Ltd employs professional chauffeurs to ensure customer service and safety. Customers must not influence chauffeurs to drive recklessly or mistreat them in any manner. Any complaints regarding chauffeur conduct should be reported to the company via the helpline at +91 99023 65428. -
Prohibition of Illegal Activities
Customers are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal activities during the rental period. Overloading the vehicle beyond the legal passenger limit is not permitted and may result in the immediate termination of the trip. Chauffeurs are authorized to deny boarding or deboard passengers if alcohol, drugs, or any other hazardous activities occur. -
Possession of Illegal Items
The transportation of illegal items, such as firearms, ammunition, or drugs, is prohibited. If such items are discovered, the journey will be discontinued, and the vehicle will be returned immediately. -
Travel Restrictions for Minors
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to travel in the vehicle. -
Airport Transfers
Customers intending to use the vehicle for airport transfers must obtain prior approval from 4KZ Gallivant Pvt Ltd. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the trip. -

Responsibility for Misuse
Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle or chauffeur arising from instructions or actions outside the agreed trip plan or contract.

Luxury Yachts T&C

Food, drinks, DJ services, lighting, music, and drones are available at an additional cost.

Availability of yachts and jets is subject to confirmation from 4KZ GALLIVANT.

4KZ GALLIVANT is not liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur on water.

The possession or use of drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited on board.

No lifeguard services are available on board.

Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior during the trip may result in the immediate termination of the journey without a refund.

Yacht trips will begin and end at the scheduled times, and the schedule cannot be altered.

Private Charters T&C

Flight Confirmation: Flight confirmation is subject to aircraft availability and airworthiness at the time of booking.

Booking Confirmation: All bookings will be considered "unconfirmed" until full payment is received. The company reserves the right to cancel the flight if payment is not received prior to the scheduled departure.

Minimum Engagement: The minimum engagement for aircraft use is 2 hours per day.

Crew Accommodation and Additional Charges: If the aircraft halts at a destination for more than 3 hours during the day, a charge of Rs. 50,000 will be applied for crew accommodation, hospitality, and transportation. For night halts, a charge of Rs. 80,000 will apply.

Extension of Flight Hours: Any extension of flight hours beyond the scheduled time will be charged based on actual costs incurred.

Catering: Standard catering is provided on board as per company policy. Any special catering requests will be charged based on actual costs incurred by the charterer.

Taxes and Additional Charges: Any additional taxes or charges levied on the day of the flight shall be borne by the charterer.

Responsibility for Delays or Cancellations: The company will not be held responsible for any delays or non-operation of the charter due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, poor visibility, unavailability of clearances from ATC (Air Traffic Control), defense authorities, civil administration, technical issues, or delays from refueling agencies.

Estimated Charges: All charges are estimated based on distance and the aircraft's approximate cruising speed under calm weather conditions. Any delays, diversions, or additional charges due to bad weather, airport congestion, VIP movements, unserviceable runways, or other unforeseen circumstances will incur additional costs.

Airport Parking and Repositioning: Day and night parking at certain airports is subject to the availability of parking bays. If parking is unavailable, the cost of repositioning the aircraft to the nearest available airport will be billed at actuals in the final invoice after the flight is completed.

Responsibility for Contraband and Illegal Activities: The company and its employees are not liable for passengers carrying contraband items or engaging in illegal activities during the flight.

Confirmation for Uncontrolled Airstrips: Confirmation for charter flights to uncontrolled airstrips must be provided at least 24 working hours before departure.
Required Documentation

A copy of the passport and visa is required if the passenger is not an Indian passport holder. For flights to airfields operated by defense authorities, these documents must be submitted at least 7 working days prior to the scheduled departure.

In the case of a medical flight, a Medical Indemnity Letter must be signed by the patient’s close relative prior to departure.
Event Management T&C

Booking and Confirmation:

20% of your service is required as a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date.

All wedding or event bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the signed agreement and full payment or deposit (as applicable).

Once a booking is confirmed, the event date and services will be reserved exclusively for the client.

Scope of Services:

4KZ GALLIVANT will provide the services agreed upon in the signed contract, which may include venue selection, event planning, catering, decoration, photography, entertainment, transportation, and other services as specified.

Any additional services or requests not mentioned in the agreement will be subject to additional charges and must be approved in writing by 4KZ GALLIVANT.

Changes to Event Details:

Any changes to the event date, venue, or other major details must be communicated to 4KZ GALLIVANT in writing no less than 30 days before the event. Changes made after this period may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

4KZ GALLIVANT will do its best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability.

Payment Terms:

Full payment or deposit must be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the contract. The final payment is due no later than 10 days before the event date.

Failure to make the required payments on time may result in the cancellation of the event and the forfeiture of any payments made.

Client Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for providing all necessary details about the event, including guest count, special requests, dietary restrictions, and any specific requirements for the event.

The client must ensure that all permissions, licenses, and legal requirements for the event are obtained.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or other force majeure events, 4KZ GALLIVANT will not be liable for any failure to provide services or any event-related losses.
