Refund and Cancellation Policies

Car Rental Refund and Cancellation

  1. Cancellation 48 Hours Prior to Trip: A full refund of the total booking amount will be issued, with the exception of payment gateway charges, which will be deducted.

  2. Cancellation 24 Hours Prior to Trip: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be applied and payment gateway charges will be deducted.

  3. Cancellation Between 24 to 12 Hours Prior to Trip: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged and payment gateway charges will be deducted.

  4. Cancellation Less than 12 Hours Prior to Trip: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

  5. Payment Gateway Charges: Payment gateway charges are non-refundable for any cancellations, irrespective of the reason or platform.

The use of services and products provided by 4KZ GALLIVANT or any third-party provider will incur applicable charges, which must be paid in advance at the time of booking. 4KZ GALLIVANT will facilitate the payment of such charges to third-party providers on your behalf. These charges may not include statutory charges as required by law. Refunds will be processed in accordance with 4KZ GALLIVANT's refund and cancellation policy. Refunds are contingent upon the completion of a vehicle inspection and settlement of any outstanding receivables. After the inspection, refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. A payment receipt for all applicable charges will be sent to you via email.

Luxury Yacht Refund and Cancellation

No Cancellations or Refunds for Yacht Bookings

  • Once a yacht booking is confirmed, it is final, and no cancellations or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances. This policy applies to all yacht reservations, regardless of the reason for cancellation or changes to the booking. We strongly advise that customers carefully consider their booking details before confirmation, as once the reservation is made, it cannot be modified or refunded.

  • This policy is in place due to the high demand, logistical coordination, and the nature of yacht reservations, which involve significant preparation, time, and resources. As such, the booking is considered a commitment to the scheduled trip, and 4KZ GALLIVANT will not be responsible for any changes or cancellations requested after the booking has been confirmed.

  • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen situation, we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis; however, the standard "no cancellations or refunds" policy will apply unless otherwise stated.

Private Charters Refund and Cancellation

  • Once a booking for a private jet or helicopter is confirmed, it is considered final, and no cancellations or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances. This policy applies to all confirmed bookings for private jet and helicopter services, regardless of the reason for cancellation or any subsequent changes to the reservation. We strongly advise all clients to thoroughly review and confirm all booking details prior to making the reservation, as modifications or refunds will not be entertained once the booking has been confirmed.

  • This policy is implemented due to the high demand, extensive logistical arrangements, and significant resources required for private aircraft charters. Upon confirmation, the booking constitutes a binding commitment to the scheduled flight, and 4KZ GALLIVANT will not be held liable for any changes or cancellations requested thereafter.

  • In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, clients are encouraged to contact us promptly. Each case will be reviewed individually, but the "No Cancellations and No Refunds" policy will apply consistently unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Event Management Refund and Cancellation

  1. Cancellation by Client:

    • 60+ Days Before the Event: A full refund of any deposit paid, minus a processing fee of 10% of the total booking amount, will be issued.

    • 30-59 Days Before the Event: A 50% cancellation fee of the total event cost will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.

    • Less than 30 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be provided, and the client will be charged 100% of the total event cost.

  2. Cancellation by 4KZ GALLIVANT:

    • In the unlikely event that 4KZ GALLIVANT must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, and the client will not be charged for any services that were not provided. This excludes any payments made for third-party vendors or non-refundable expenses already incurred.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation notice is received and verified.

    • For cancellations, the refund will be made to the original payment method used, and any transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  4. Event Postponement:

    • If the client wishes to postpone the event, they must inform 4KZ GALLIVANT at least 30 days before the original event date. A postponement fee may apply, depending on availability and circumstances.

    • Postponement beyond 30 days will be treated as a cancellation, and the above cancellation policy will apply.
